Construction Progress Report
Project Implementation Status
The turnkey project for the new medical building was contracted on October 8, 2021. After preliminary and detailed design work as well as construction permit applications, construction officially began on July 15, 2022. To date, work has been completed on the sewage treatment plant, skybridge, and the critical care building’s structure, exterior walls, and interior finishes. Ongoing tasks include MEP and fire protection wiring and landscaping for the critical care building. Progress is on schedule (as of March 31, 2025: planned progress 96.86%, actual progress 97.52%, ahead by 0.66%).
