Overview

Our hospital’s gastroenterology department features a highly skilled team of physicians with extensive academic and professional backgrounds, equipped with state-of-the-art medical instruments and facilities. They have received specialized training in Japan in endoscopic retrograde cholangiopancreatography (ERCP), enabling them to provide patients with comprehensive diagnoses and treatments for liver, gallbladder, and gastrointestinal diseases, as well as preventive healthcare and education for various conditions. In addition to outpatient services, we also offer 24-hour emergency care.

We participate in the hepatitis B and C treatment programs organized by the National Health Insurance Administration, offering treatment for various hepatitis-related diseases and providing preventive vaccinations.

Screening and Treatment Services

Gastrointestinal tumor screening and treatment: abdominal ultrasound, transnasal gastroscopy, painless colonoscopy without anesthesia (a comfortable procedure that allows for immediate polypectomy), and cholangiopancreatography.
Endoscopic treatments: management of gastrointestinal bleeding, polypectomy, removal of gastrointestinal foreign bodies, hemorrhoid ligation, and extraction of bile duct stones.
Cirrhosis and complication treatment: includes ligation therapy for esophageal variceal bleeding and sclerotherapy for gastric variceal bleeding.
Helicobacter pylori detection: non-invasive, radiation-free, and painless stool test.
Colorectal disease diagnosis: using safe and effective colonoscopy with optional biopsy or polypectomy performed during the same session.
Referral services: convenient referrals between health centers and medical institutions.
