Team of Medical Quality Management
In order to improve the quality of medical treatment for patients, our hospital established a Team of Medical Quality Management in October, 94. In addition to regular satisfaction surveys, patient safety promotion, the promotion of various medical quality activities and continuous education and training to help control the quality of medical treatment for patients, it also passed the hospital evaluation and teaching hospital evaluation of the Ministry of Health and Welfare of the Executive Yuan with excellent grades in year 105.

- Logistics Office: Responsible for the management of state-owned property (including military equipment and barracks management), Clothing management, Food supply, Parking lot (including transportation vehicles and shuttle buses) Management, Surveillance system management, Fire system management and various outsourced management businesses

Combat readiness: National military combat exercises and war games, Wan’an exercises and war games, combat readiness plan formulation (revision), combat readiness bed expansion planning and camp security protection plan revision.
Mobilization business: Issuance of mobilization plans, education and duty mobilization training, management of the mobilization
control room, and procurement and requisition of military supplies and military transport mobilization operations.

Team of Information Management
In response to technological development, medical operations are increasingly moving towards AI-based intelligent operations, helping hospitals to promote informatization and intelligence. Through discussions with clinical physicians on medical operation experience, Tong Information and Electronics Management has developed digital paperless operations and further moved towards AI-based intelligent execution to reduce clinical consultation and clinical medical treatment time, improve operation timeliness, reduce operation pressure, make operation procedures more convenient, and make clinical medical treatment more accurate and efficient.
In view of the endless threats to global information security, the information and electrical management has made proper plans for the hospital’s communications, information security monitoring, and protection, including hospital-wide information and communications network wiring, architecture distribution planning, firewall protection maintenance, and troubleshooting. Regular management and maintenance, as well as report compilation and vulnerability patching ensure that the hospital’s personal data is secure and not leaked, and provide an absolutely secure information operation environment.
