Home Care
Home nursing services were established in 1996 and have successfully passed the home supervision assessment certification by the Health Bureau each year. Our professional team consists of specialists, nurses, physical therapists, nutritionists, social workers, and pharmacists who provide home services tailored to the unique needs of each individual. We offer medical care and guidance to ensure that patients receive continuous and professional healthcare while living at home.
Target Audience:
Individuals who meet the criteria for home nursing case acceptance established by the Ministry of Health and Welfare include those with the following conditions:
- The patient has limited self-care abilities, suggesting that they are awake for more than 50% of the time but are confined to a bed or chair.There is a clear need for medical and nursing services, including nasogastric tubes, urinary catheters, and tracheostomy tubes.
- The patient’s condition is stable enough to receive medical care at home.
Service Content:
- General physical examinations involve measuring blood pressure, blood sugar, and urine sugar, in addition to assessing overall health and identifying potential health concerns.
- General wound care, including dressing changes for pressure ulcers.
- Replacement and care for various types of catheters, including nasogastric tubes, urinary catheters, and tracheostomy tubes.
- Vaccine Injections
- Blood tests and specimen collection, including samples of blood, urine, sputum, and stool, are essential components of medical diagnostics.
- Care and Nursing Guidelines for Various Types of Tubes
- Nutritional Guidance and Recommendations for Basic Rehabilitation Exercises.
- Individualized nursing interventions, including small-volume enemas, perineal washes, steam inhalation, and positional drainage, should be implemented.
- Introduction to Social and Medical Resources
- Other nursing services recognized by health authorities.
Regular Visits to the Doctor
Charging Method:
- Technical material fees for non-reimbursable medical supplies will be charged in accordance with our hospital’s standards.
- Nursing fees range from NT$1,050 to NT$2,055, with a 5% co-payment required.
- The fee for a doctor’s visit is NT$1,553, which includes a 5% co-payment.
- Major illnesses, veterans, and individuals receiving welfare assistance are exempt from co-payments.
Transportation Fees: Charges are calculated based on the round-trip taxi fare from our hospital to the patient’s home.
Service Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM and 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM. We are closed on national and public holidays.
