In response to the implementation of the National Army’s Lean Project, we have launched various management information systems: from electronic bidding, bid opening, contracting and other operations, medical equipment and non-medical equipment information management operations, to warehouse inbound and outbound shipments, material collection, material inspection, inventory management and other operations. This phase of the task is arduous and arduous, and colleagues in our department must work together to complete the mission.
