Occupational Safety and Health Room

Organizational Structure

  • According to Article 2-1 of the “Occupational Safety and Health Management Measures”, we are directly subordinate to the first level management unit of the hospital headquarters and has office leader of the occupational safety and health department and one Class A occupational safety and health business supervisor, one occupational health manager, one occupational safety and health administrator, one labor health service physician, and one labor health service nurse, totaling five personnel.
  • We have established an Occupational Safety and Health Committee to make recommendations on the proposed safety, health policies and to review, coordinate and make recommendations on safety and health related matters. The committee meets once every three months, chaired by the director and may hold an ad hoc meeting when necessary.

Job Responsibilities

  • Office leader of the occupational safety and health department concurrently serves as the supervisor of Class A occupational safety and health business:
    Assist the hospital director in formulating, planning, supervising, promoting safety and health management matters, and guide relevant departments to implement them.
  • Occupational safety (health) manager, occupational safety and health manager:
    Responsible for handling various safety, health management matters and guiding relevant personnel to implement.
  • Labors Health Service Physician:
    To comprehensively manage the health service affairs of our staff, plan and promote policies and plans for labor health services.
  • Labors Health Service Nurse:
    Handle labor health protection matters such as employee health management, occupational disease prevention, and health promotion in our hospital.
