To encourage patients with minor symptoms to seek treatment from small clinics and those with serious illness to go to major hospitals, Taichung Armed Force General Hospital joined the MOHW project, which can establish a pattern that major hospital and local clinics cooperate with each other in order to provide better and more efficient medical care.
