Taichung Armed Forces General Hospital

On December 3, Director General Tsai,Chien-Sung of the Medical Affairs Bureau visited the Zhongqing Branch to preside over the Inauguration and Handover Ceremony for the Branch Superintendent, with our Superintendent Shih and Deputy Superintendent Kuo joining the event.

Director General Tsai announced that, effective December 1, 2025, Colonel Yueh,Te-Cheng officially assumes the position of Superintendent. He expressed appreciation for former Superintendent Kuo’s outstanding contributions in areas such as campus development, community healthcare, and integrated Western–Chinese medical services and commended the Zhongqing Branch team for their long-standing dedication to providing medical care for both military personnel and civilians.

The newly appointed Superintendent Yueh brings a strong medical background and extensive administrative experience, having held several key positions in both our main hospital and branch hospitals. His leadership is widely recognized. Director General Tsai also expressed high expectations for Superintendent Yueh to uphold the spirit of wholehearted service and holistic care, and to continue enhancing the branch’s care capacity.

The Taichung Armed Forces General Hospital will continue working hand in hand with the Zhongqing Branch to advance medical quality and deliver more comprehensive, high-standard healthcare services to service members and the people of Central Taiwan.
