Taichung Armed Forces General Hospital

「Taichung Armed Forces General Hospital (TAFGH) Inauguration and Award Ceremony」, under the oath of Lieutenant General Tsai, the director of the Military Medical Bureau. Major General Chen Ying-kai, the former director of Zuo-ying Branch Hospital, took office as the new director of the TAFGH.

During the ceremony, Lieutenant General Tsai thanked former hospital director Dr. Hong for his dedication to the TAFGH over the past two years and for his significant growth and progress in all areas. Moreover Dr. Chen was graduated from National Defence College with a degree in Medicine in 1997, specialise in nephrology. He was the manager of the Community Medicine Department of Zuo-ying Branch Hospital, the Deputy Director of the Health Care Division of the Military Medical Bureau and the Director of Zuo-ying Branch Hospital.

In addition, during his tenure at the Zuo-ying Branch, Dr. Chen not only achieved excellent results, but also had the lowest turnover rate compared with any other hospitals in the military. Finally, Lieutenant General Tsai wish the TAFGH the best of luck, and he also wish new director Dr. Chen and his staff good luck in their work and endeavours.
