Today’s screening map brings us once again to the familiar Beitun Jungong Health Center.

Standing in the same place, facing so many friendly faces, time seemed to rewind back to last year.The most touching moment was when people saw us and smiled, saying, “I remember it was your hospital that helped me with the screening last year,” instantly bridging the distance between doctors and patients. The most precious part of conducting screenings is seeing the community members “return.”

When people no longer see us as a strange medical institution but as old friends who gather every year, this trust is something the entire team has built bit by bit with care and professionalism.

Special thanks to #BeitunJungongHealthCenter for their full support, allowing this health service to take root and continue in the same place. Thank you to the people of Beitun Jungong—your enthusiasm and trust have warmed the entire screening day.

Next year, we won’t miss each other! Beitun Jungong is the second-to-last stop for this year’s full screening. The final stop this year, the full screening team will be serving everyone at the Heping Songhe community.
