On April 8, Superintendent Li, Yong-Heng of Fengyuan Hospital, Ministry of Health and Welfare, led a delegation of 39 medical and administrative professionals to visit our “Emergency and Critical Care Building”. Through on-site observation and in-depth discussions, both sides exchanged insights and explored new directions for the development of emergency and critical care services.
From Planning to Implementation – Sharing the Smart Healthcare Blueprint
Our team delivered a keynote presentation in the multimedia classroom, outlining the journey from design to completion of the Emergency and Critical Care Building. The presentation highlighted patient-centered spatial planning and the integration of smart healthcare technologies. Both parties engaged in meaningful discussions on optimizing medical workflows and digital management, demonstrating both professional depth and humanistic care.
On-Site Visit Highlights – Building an Efficient Care System
The guided tour showcased the comprehensive capabilities of our integrated emergency and critical care system:
l Seamless connectivity among the operating rooms, anesthesiology dept., emergency dept. and enhancing treatment efficiency.
l Implementation of smart dispensing systems in the Dept. of Pharmacy to improve medication safety and operational quality.
l Integration of PACS and HIS in the Department of Radiology to streamline examination processes and reduce waiting times.
l A well-connected care network linking rehabilitation services, dialysis center, patient service center and social work office.
The visit concluded with a group photo in the emergency and critical care building, marking a successful and memorable exchange.
