Our hospital and nursing home prioritize the quality of the medical environment and health safety by continuously promoting air quality management and pollution prevention measures. Through equipment upgrades, thorough environmental cleaning and maintenance, pollution source control, and regular monitoring, we minimize the impact of air pollutant emissions on both the environment and human health. We are committed to providing patients, staff, and visitors with a safe, comfortable, and healthy environment for medical care and work.
Air Quality Management
Our hospital prioritizes air quality management as a key component of promoting environmental sustainability. By continuously enhancing management systems and environmental quality monitoring operations, we implement pollution prevention and continuous improvement principles, striving to achieve low pollution, low emissions, and a healthy medical environment. To further improve air quality management on campus, the hospital consistently advances environmental improvements and pollution control measures. Since receiving the “Good” level air quality certification in 2023, we have continued to optimize equipment performance, strengthen environmental cleaning and maintenance, and reinforce monitoring and management mechanisms, steadily enhancing the effectiveness of our air quality management.
Through the joint efforts of all staff, our hospital achieved the “Excellent” level air quality certification in 2025, demonstrating that we have reached a higher standard in air quality management, pollution prevention, and the creation of a healthy environment. This accomplishment showcases our continuous improvement and commitment to excellence in management outcomes.

Air Pollutant Reporting
Our institute conducts air pollutant reporting in accordance with relevant environmental regulations and regularly reviews the emission levels of various pollutants to ensure that their concentrations comply with the standards established by the competent authorities.
The air pollutant reporting results from the past three years indicate that the emission concentrations of all pollutants remain well below regulatory limits. Notably, sulfur oxides (SOx), nitrogen oxides (NOx), and volatile organic compounds (VOCs) have consistently maintained zero emissions, demonstrating the effectiveness of our institute’s air pollution control measures and significantly reducing the impact on the surrounding environment.

Regular Reporting and Monitoring Mechanisms
Based on the analysis of monitoring results over the past three years, the hospital’s main pollutant emission concentrations have remained stable and well below regulatory standards. Specifically, nitrogen oxides (NOx) produced from the combustion of hydrogen, LNG, and LPG range between 12.80 ppm and 13.70 ppm, which is only a small fraction of the regulatory limit of 80 ppm. Particulate matter (TSP) concentrations remain between 0.38 ppm and 0.41 ppm, far below the 100 ppm standard. These results indicate that pollution control equipment and management measures are operating effectively.
Through the air quality management system, pollution source control measures, and regular reporting and monitoring mechanisms, air pollutant emissions have been effectively controlled. Emission data from the past three years have consistently complied with relevant regulatory requirements and have continuously exceeded regulatory standards. Additionally, through equipment maintenance, energy management, and environmental improvement initiatives, the hospital has not only enhanced the air quality and environmental comfort of the campus but also further protected the health of patients, staff, and visitors, thereby reducing the potential risks that air pollution poses to both the environment and human health.
