Dr. Du of the Taichung Armed Force General Hospital Zhongqing Branch was born in Tainan, a place with warmth and love. After received education in NDMC school of medicine, he was assigned to C.C.K Air Force Military Base, aeromedicine team, and finally joined the bone surgery medical team in Taichung Armed Force General Hospital. He was then assigned to Taichung Armed Force General Hospital Zhongqing Branch as dean on 16th Sep. 2015. With thankfulness and humble mind, he led the team to fulfill the goals and provide patient-oriented medical service.
Dr. Du recalled a veteran once told him that he hated to see the hospital on its downfall after SARS outbreak therefore he was afraid to step into the hospital again for the past prosperity no longer existed. After decades of efforts, the hospital has come to live again.
Indeed, with the support from the Taichung Armed Force General Hospital, we are thriving and featuring bone surgery and long-term care. Our next step is to complete ICU wards and renovate nursing home in order to provide patient with high quality of medical treatment.
We also provide other service to enhance patient convenience such as drive-thru pharmacy service, art exhibition, and music performance, hoping that other than medicine, we can give you more.
After 60s years, we will continue to serve in the communities, offer professional and high quality service. We sincerely hope that we can be the most promising hospital that not only military but also citizens can depend on.
