About us

Taichung Armed Force General Hospital Zhongqing Branch was first established as “ Beiping Air Force Hospital” on Dec. 1948. Not long after that the hospital combined with “ Taiwan Air Force Sanatorium ” , and thus renamed “ Taichung Air Force Hospital” .

Through these years, we has dedicated ourselves to the healthiness of both armies and citizens in central Taiwan. After several times of changing names from “ Army No.816 Hospital” and to “Taichung Armed Force General Hospital Zhongqing Section”, we were also designated as the “ SARS center“ to ease the citizens during the outbreak of SARS.
