Outpatient Guide

  1. Outpatient Registration:
Currently, outpatient services are available in the following specialties: internal medicine, surgery, obstetrics and gynecology, pediatrics, orthopedics, ophthalmology, otolaryngology, dentistry, psychiatry, and rehabilitation.
  2. Waiting Room:
The outpatient treatment room offers a variety of services, including the measurement of height and weight, administration of prescribed medications and vaccinations, and nursing guidance. First-time cardiology patients are required to have their blood pressure, height, and weight measured before proceeding to the electrocardiogram room on the first floor for an ECG.
  3. Check-In:
Please check in using your National Health Insurance identification card.
  4. Consultation and Appointment:
Please wait for the signal before entering the consultation room for your appointment, where you will receive a prescription and schedule your next visit. If you forget to bring your National Health Insurance IC card, you will need to pay out of pocket for the consultation and billing. To receive a refund, please submit the receipt, IC card, and identification to the billing office within ten days.
  5. Examination or Testing:
If you have scheduled an examination or test, please proceed to the designated location for the exam or register for the scheduled testing time. If you already have a confirmed time, you may go directly to the examination location without needing to register again.
  6. Payment and Prescription Pickup:
Please take the billing statement to the billing office (registration desk) to settle the payment and obtain a stamp. Afterward, bring the billing statement and prescription to the pharmacy to collect your medication, and return home safely.
