Taichung Armed Forces General Hospital

On April 21, our hospital signed an industry-academia collaboration agreement with National Taichung University of Science and Technology to jointly promote the development of smart healthcare and strengthen medical talent cultivation. The signing ceremony was held at NTCUST, with our director Shih, Yu-Lung and President Chen, Tung-Hsiao representing both parties, marking the official start of the collaboration.

Hospital’s Director Shih stated that this partnership will not only provide more internship and clinical observation opportunities for NTCUST students but will also promote interdisciplinary research in areas such as smart healthcare, health care services and public health. By integrating information technology with medical services, the partnership aims to improve the quality of care, drive service innovation and spark creative thinking, thereby contributing new energy to the well-being of society.

Our hospital has long been dedicated to medical services and talent cultivation. With the new medical building nearing completion, we plan to introduce advanced equipment and technology, continuously enhance clinical capabilities and collaborate with academia to inject new momentum into the health industry.
